The Daria Armchair is shaped like a compact tub chair, using a continuous wraparound back and arm line to create a supportive, cradling sit. The backrest sweeps into integrated arms, providing gentle lateral support and a natural resting point for the forearms while still leaving the front open for easy entry. A broad, rounded seat pad is set slightly back within the shell to encourage a relaxed but upright posture.
Structurally, the chair’s sculpted side supports act as load-bearing “cheeks” that connect the back-and-arm shell directly to the seat frame, reinforcing the chair when it’s pulled, rotated, or leaned into. Four tapered legs sit at a subtle splay to widen the stance and improve stability, while the rigid under-seat frame distributes weight evenly into the base to reduce flex over time.
